Hey there! I’m Emily, an associate therapist who believes that life—just like a kaleidoscope—is constantly shifting, made up of different experiences, emotions, and parts. Sometimes, things feel messy or unclear, and that’s okay. Together, we can take a closer look, gently adjust the lens, and find patterns that bring insight, healing, balance, and peace.
